End Cross Tubes Manufacturer

FIN TUBES : End Cross Tubes | Stainless Steel End Cross Tubes| Cupro Nickel End Cross Tubes

Stainless Steel End Cross Tubes Manufacturer in India, Cupro Nickel End Cross Tubes Exporter in Australia.

End cross tubes refer to heat exchanger tubes that have been fabricated with specialized end configurations, often in the form of “cross-like” shapes. These tubes are used in heat exchanger assemblies to facilitate fluid flow and improve the efficiency of heat transfer.

The key specifications of end cross tubes include the base tube diameter options, which are typically available in sizes of 1/2’’, 5/8’’, and 3/4’’ (12.70 mm, 15.875 mm, and 19.05 mm). The tube material options include stainless steel, copper, and cupro-nickel, each offering different properties of corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and mechanical strength to suit specific application requirements.

One significant advantage of end cross tubes is their relatively thin wall thickness, which can be as low as 0.65 mm. This thin wall construction ensures that the tubes provide efficient heat transfer while maintaining compactness and lightweight characteristics in the heat exchanger design.

These tubes are commonly used in various industries and applications where efficient heat exchange is crucial, such as in air-cooled heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, and HVAC units. The end cross configuration allows for improved fluid flow distribution, enhancing heat transfer performance within the heat exchanger.
